I'm Laura. I'm a fully qualified and experienced BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of various counselling associations.

I specialise in working with; depression, anxiety, Intrusive thoughts and obsessive responses, trauma, neurodiversity differences and infertility & reproductive trauma.

When things feel difficult to manage, therapy can help build awareness, understanding, self-compassion and positive change into your life. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and trustworthy space, where we can explore the past to understand the present, making links, exploring thoughts, feelings and patterns and developing coping skills.

I work face to face from a private therapy room in West Christchurch. Close to the Wessex Way (A338) and accessible by public transport from Bournemouth, Poole, West Hampshire and surrounding areas. I am also fully trained to offer online therapy via Zoom. I currently work with people aged 18 and over.
