What does therapy offer?
Life can sometimes be hard. When things feel difficult to manage, therapy can help you to explore these issues in a confidential and accepting environment. This can make things feel clearer and help you to make the changes you would like to. My role is to work alongside you, exploring your thoughts and feelings, finding the way together.
