Therapy

I work with clients in an open ended way, ranging from around 6 sessions to longer term therapy. We can focus on what is important to you, moving at your own pace and completing therapy when you feel ready.

People come to counselling for a variety of issues, including; low mood and depression, fears and anxiety, grief and loss, self harm, suicidal thoughts, self esteem, anger and frustration, stress, life transitions, relationships and parenting. Therapy can help in exploring the past to understand the present, bringing the unconscious into consciousness. Reframing unhelpful thought patterns and unhelpful beliefs and enhance compassion, awareness and acceptance in your life.

FOR A 50 MINUTE SESSION

Sessions are available Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm. I offer a free, no obligation, telephone call where you can outline what's brought you to therapy, I can explain how we might work together and we can arrange regular sessions. If I feel I am not the best person to help you, I may suggest other more suitable services. 

 

Sessions cost £50 for a 50 minute session. I aim to offer affordable, accessible therapy. So if you are experiencing financial difficulty, I am able to offer an affordable fee to a proportion of clients and this can be explored in our initial call.
