I work with clients in an open ended way, ranging from around 6 sessions to longer term therapy. We can focus on what is important to you, moving at your own pace and completing therapy when you feel ready.

People come to counselling for a variety of issues, including; low mood and depression, fears and anxiety, grief and loss, self harm, suicidal thoughts, self esteem, anger and frustration, stress, life transitions, relationships and parenting. I am qualified and experienced in working with adults, children and young people with autism spectrum condition. To find out more, click here...

Therapy can help in exploring the past to understand the present, bringing the unconscious into consciousness. Reframing unhelpful thought patterns and unhelpful beliefs and enhance compassion, awareness and acceptance in your life.

Sessions are available Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm. I offer a free, no obligation, telephone call where you can outline what's brought you to therapy and I can explain how we might work together. We can then arrange an introductory consultation and regular sessions. If I feel I am not the best person to help you, I may suggest other more suitable services.

The 50 minute introductory consultation fee is £25 and it enables me to gather information that provides understanding of your situation.

Sessions cost £50 for a 50 minute session. I aim to offer affordable, accessible therapy. So if you are experiencing financial difficulty, I am able to offer an affordable fee to a proportion of clients and this can be explored in our initial call.

Training to be a therapist can be tough and costly. To support this process I am able to offer a concession for trainee therapists as they embark on their course required personal therapy. This can be explored together.
